An applicant may use a photocopy of the physical or downloaded form, from the event website to send in his/her entry. |
|
|

|
An entry form is applicable for only one applicant. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will result in all entries being rejected. However in the case of Sprint Triathlon – Team Relay, the Applicant/Team Leader should fill up the form for the team and must obtain the details and signatures of the other 2 members of the team also. |
|
|
|
|
Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete forms will be rejected. |
|
|
|
|
An entry form must be accompanied with the requisite fee. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected. |
|
|
|
|
For entry acceptance, the entry form 'Waiver' must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form. |
|
|
|
|
A Waiver form also needs to be signed at the time of Bib Collection.
|
|
|
|
|
Collection of a valid Bib is mandatory for participation in India Triathlon, 2010. Bib will be granted on the fulfilment of all the terms and conditions of the race mentioned at the time of registration.
|
|
|
|
|
Important: Applicants must post their entry forms at the address given under 'Entry Modes' herein or deposit their entry forms along with entry fees at the Entry Modes only. Please note no individuals have been authorised by the organizers to collect entry forms and entry fees of the Event. |

|
Entry Rejection: Participation in the event is subject to entry
confirmation. In the event of the entry form not being accepted
for any reason, the amount paid by the participant will not be
refunded.. |

|
|
|
Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund
will not be entertained. |
|
|
|
|
Prize Money is applicable only for the Distance race categories. |
|
|
|
|
Destination Race will be timed race in the 1st Edition of India
International triathlon, 2010. The timing chip will be handed over
to individual runners along with their running number bibs at the
registration desk. |
|
|
|
|
Regular event-related updates will be sent to the email id provided. |
|
|
|
|
This Entry Form and the right to participate in the event and the
rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application
form is at the sole discretion of Grey Matter Entertainment. And
cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances,
and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits
arising hereunder. |
|
|
|
|
Payment of a refundable deposit fee of Rs.70 will be required at
Registration Center for the ChampionChip used for timing. If the
ChampionChip is lost, participant will be charged Rs.700. If Participants are allowed to use their own ChampionChip, but only after demonstrating to
Registration Center personnel that is in working condition. Participants using their own ChampionChip must mention the yellow chip code in the registration form

Grey Matter Entertainment reserves the right to ask the participants to present their Passport / Nationality Proof at the time of the event. |

Entry is non-transferable to next year competition. |
