BIB/GOODIE BAG COLLECTION
 
IMPORTANT: No one will be allowed to participate in the event if they have not obtained the Bib/Goodie Bag.
 
Bib collection is scheduled for 10th – 13th Feb, 2010.
10th Feb, 2010 - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
11th Feb, 2010 - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
12th Feb, 2010 - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
13th Feb, 2010 - 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
 
To collect your bib, you need to provide the original Acceptance Letter/Registration ID and a photo proof of your identity (in original and photocopy) for eg. school/college/employment identity card, driving license, PAN card, passport or election card.

You may arrange for your representative to collect your bib and goodie bag for you. Your representative must carry with him/her an authority letter signed by you, in addition to all the documents mentioned above.

Please note no running number bib will be given after 11:30 p.m. on 13th February 2010 or on Race Day.

When you get your Bib/Goodie Bag, please fill in the medical information section on the back. Be careful not to damage or lose your number as replacements will not be issued.
On Race Day (i.e. 14th February 2010) –
Only those confirmed participants wearing the current 2010 running number bibs will be allowed on the
  route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by course security.
Please pin your number on without folding or covering it – it needs to be seen by the race officials.
